The master bath is the room that sets the tone for your morning. If it’s tired — bad lighting, a cramped shower, a vanity that doesn’t hold what you actually use — every day starts at a deficit. A master remodel pays you back at 6 a.m. for the next decade.
What a master bath remodel can include
A master is where you can have everything in one room — you’re not fighting square footage the way a guest bath is. The full menu we build from:
- Oversized walk-in shower. Frameless glass, curbless or low-threshold entry, custom tile, multiple heads, built-in bench and niches. See walk-in shower installation.
- Freestanding or soaking tub. Separated from the shower so each gets a real footprint. See bathtub installation.
- Double vanity. Two basins, two mirrors, two drawer banks, more counter than you think you need (you’ll fill it). Pair with quartz, granite, or marble countertops.
- Custom tile work. Floors, shower walls, accent walls, niche surrounds. Heated mats under tile if you want them.
- Lighting in layers. Overhead, vanity sconces or backlit mirror, accent in the shower or toe-kick. Skip layers and a bathroom always feels like a hotel hallway.
- Storage built for how you actually live. Towers, drawer organizers, recessed medicine cabinets, hidden outlets in the vanity.
- Smart toilet, separate water closet, towel warmer. Optional, all available.
The design conversation
We don’t hand you a binder of finishes and say good luck. Most masters start with a walkthrough — what bugs you about the current room, what you’ve seen that you liked, what you absolutely won’t live with again. From there we narrow tile, fixtures, and color in steps.
If you’re leaning more toward the high-end side of the spectrum, see luxury bathroom remodel.
Why family-owned matters on a big project
A master remodel is a multi-week project where details add up. Theo runs the trades. Chelsea runs operations and estimating — the schedule, the selections timeline, the daily back-and-forth. You get one number to text and a same-day reply, not a layered company where the person you signed with disappears at week two.
A note on living through it
Plan around the master being offline. If you have a second bath, you’ll use it for the run. We can phase work to keep at least the toilet usable longer than you’d expect — ask about it during the estimate.
