Andrades General Contractor is a family business. Theo is the lead contractor — on site, hands on the work, the person finishing the tile. Chelsea runs operations and estimating — she writes the line-item estimate you sign, builds the schedule, and is your day-to-day point of contact through the build. Between the two of them, you’re never wondering who to call.

Family-owned isn’t a marketing line for us. It’s the reason you’re getting same-day callbacks instead of a sales rep’s voicemail. It’s why our job sites stay clean — we’re going home to our own family and we know what dust does to a home with kids in it. And it’s why we take the bathroom craft seriously: a botched shower leaks into the rest of someone’s home, and we wouldn’t accept that in our own house.

Why bathrooms.

We’ve done plenty across general contracting — decks, painting, roofing, kitchens, and full home remodels. But over the years we’ve focused our craft on bathrooms because bathrooms reward careful work the most. Tile lippage, waterproofing, fixture-finish alignment, glass plumb — small details that bad contractors hide and great contractors obsess over. We’d rather be excellent at one room than mediocre at every room.

We still take on the other work — see additional services. But our headline, our portfolio, and our skill is bathrooms.
