We do good kitchen work for clients who want their whole project under one roof — and if a kitchen is your primary need, we’ll tell you whether we’re the best match.
When a kitchen with Andrades GC makes sense
- You’re already doing a bathroom remodel with us and want one team for both.
- You value family-owned, communicative GC work over a big-name kitchen-only firm.
- You want a cabinet refresh, counter swap, backsplash, or minor layout update.
- You’re doing a thoughtful update — not a full kitchen-as-room rebuild requiring kitchen-only specialists.
What we handle
- Cabinets — stock, semi-custom, custom; we coordinate fabrication and install.
- Countertops — quartz, granite, marble; same supplier accounts as our bathroom work.
- Backsplashes — tile, slab, mosaic. Our tile work is where we shine.
- Sink, faucet, disposal swap and upgrade.
- Lighting — under-cabinet, recessed, pendants over an island.
- Flooring — tile or LVP. (Hardwood, we sub out.)
- Light layout changes — moving a sink, removing a half-wall, adding an island where structure allows.
What we won’t pretend
