Free consult & estimate
Theo comes out, looks at your bathroom, listens to what you want. You get an itemized written estimate — what we’ll do, what we’ll install, what each line costs. No high-pressure sales, no “act today.”
Most consults take 45 minutes to an hour. Bring your inspiration photos. If you don’t have them, we’ll show you ours.

Design & material selections
Once you’ve approved the scope, we walk through tile, fixtures, vanity, lighting — in person, with samples held up in your actual bathroom light. We tell you where it’s worth spending and where it isn’t.
For most bath remodels, selections take one or two appointments. We work with local suppliers and can pull in a designer for complex builds.

Build
Demo, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, finish — sequenced so we’re not waiting on ourselves. Clean job site every day. Daily or near-daily updates so you’re never wondering what happened today.
A typical full bathroom remodel takes two to four weeks on site. A master with custom tile and a freestanding tub can run six weeks. We tell you the timeline upfront and call the day anything shifts.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished room with you, hand over warranty docs and care instructions, and finish any last detail you point out before we’re done. No "we’ll be back next week" punch lists.
You shouldn’t have to chase us for the last 5%. The last 5% is the part most homeowners remember.
A note on living through a bathroom remodel
If it’s your only bathroom, the room is offline once we demo. Plan around it. If you have a second bathroom, you’ll use that one — and most clients tell us the disruption is less than they expected. We can phase certain projects to keep the toilet usable longer than you’d guess; ask about it during the estimate.
